Background
Timothy Titolo earned his B.B.A. in 1983 from Hofstra University and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1988. After working as an accountant for an international accounting firm up to 1985, Tim Titolo left accounting to pursue a professional career in law. Working full-time to put himself through law school, Titolo earned his degree and became a litigator with an insurance defense firm located in Las Vegas.

Two years after graduating from law, Titolo founded his own private practice, Titolo Law Office. Initially, Titolo Law Office represented predominantly personal injury cases and wrongful death claims for its clients. Over the years, Timothy Titolo's study of the medical and legal aspects of litigating traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases has caused his legal practice to become specialized in this area of personal injury law. Today, the Titolo Law Office focuses almost exclusively on catastrophic personal injury, particularly those involving traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and nerve damage cases.
The Titolo Law Office has become widely known for the authority Tim commands over the legal aspects of catastrophic personal injury cases. As an active member of the professional legal community, Tim dedicates a portion of his time to researching and educating others across the country. Titolo has practiced in Federal and State court. In addition to his trial experience, he holds memberships with many legal associations and actively participates in and lectures for continuing legal education. He is a frequent speaker for the Brain Injury Association and other Brain Injury Organizations throughout the world, including the International Brain Injury Association. He has published several articles.
